Pathways to Freedom Maryland and the Underground Railroad
  • Teachers and students can examine the diverse aspects of the Underground Railroad.  The history focuses on slavery in Maryland but students are able to gain insight into the life of slaves and how they planned their escapes.

  • Students are also able to take an interactive journey by becoming an eyewitness to history by becoming a young slave that has to make important life-changing decisions.
